Anisha Aatresh is an independent legal practitioner who regularly appears before various judicial fora in Bengaluru. Currently in her 10th year of practice, Anisha previously worked as a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group of Khaitan & Co LLP from 2018 till 2021, and has advised and represented a number of clients in litigations (including arbitrations and mediations) in the nature of writs, commercial disputes, succession and probate matters, insolvency, debt recovery and securitization, money recovery, dishonour of cheques, labour and employment disputes, intellectual property disputes, and oppression of shareholders and mismanagement of companies, in addition to drafting contracts, wills, and advising clients on general legal advisory matters.

Prior to joining Khaitan & Co LLP, Anisha worked at the Chambers of Dr Aditya Sondhi, Senior Advocate, from 2015 till 2018. Anisha has also assisted Dr Sondhi on several litigations involving constitutional questions on behalf of the Government of Karnataka during Dr Sondhi’s tenure as Additional Advocate General between 2016 to 2018.
